Eligibility

• Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age 18 and older
  • History of stroke, ischemic or hemorrhagic; at least three months prior to enrollment
  • Residual upper and/or lower extremity functional deficit after stroke
  • Able to provide informed consent
  • Access to an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 13 or later

• Exclusion Criteria:

  • Predisposed psychological disorders which could impede participation
  • Severe aphasia resulting in communication difficulties impeding use of the Neurocoach Application
  • Severe pain impeding rehabilitation therapy
